Diego Ciudad Real
Head of legal and corporate operations. He drafts and reviews vehicle documentation, the contracts for each transaction and the notarial support an issuance requires.
Bachelor's degree in Legal and Social Sciences, Omnia Cum Honore, from Universidad Dr. José Matías Delgado, with two international postgraduate degrees in business law and in law, economics and business, completed between El Salvador and Argentina.
More than a decade of practice at top-tier Salvadoran law firms, in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, registry, notarial and immigration matters, as well as the country coordination of a regional corporate services firm.
